The Week of Peat is one of three in the series The Balvenie Stories. It is a peaty 14 year old single malt Scotch whisky, inspired by distillery manager Ian Millar. For one week each year, the distillery creates a peaty whisky from Speyside peat, resulting in an expression which adds fragrant notes of smoke to the classic The Balvenie flavour profile.
