Old Pascas Barbados Dark Rum
Distilled using a traditional method originating on the island of Barbados. This method involves a combination of pot still and column still distillation. Aged for many years in oak barrels right beside the sea, thanks to which it obtains a dark golden colour, a full and rich flavour, and a harmonious nose. Old Pascas dark fills the gap between light, golden rums and stronger-flavoured dark rums such as Jamaica rum.
Flavour profile
A characteristic aroma of sugar cane, plum, caramel and cinnamon.
The palate boasts a rich blend of exotic fruit with a slightly spicy finish resulting from sherry cask ageing.
