Żubrówka Czarna aged in oak barrels is a variety based on a blend of Polish wheat spirits and pure spring water from the Białowieska Forest, but its final character is created by the ageing process in oak barrels. It boasts a mildly warming, dry flavour and a fully, oaky aroma.
