Żubrówka Czarna aged in ash barrels is a variety based on a blend of Polish wheat spirits and pure spring water from the Białowieska Forest, but its final character is created by the ageing process in ash barrels. It boasts a slightly sweet, balanced flavour and noble aroma with hints of mature ash wood.
