Tullamore D.E.W. XO Rum Cask Finish, just like the basic variety, is triple-distilled, blended from three different varieties of whiskey, and aged in bourbon or sherry barrels. The XO variety undergoes a special finishing process in Demerara rum barrels. Thanks to this, Tullamore D.E.W. XO acquires a sweetness of tropical fruit as well as hints of warming spices and a rum finish.
