Straw-yellow in colour. Fresh and exquisitely balanced in flavour, with a delicate aroma of green apples and white flowers. the flavour is quiet but very fresh with notes of pears, apples, and citrus. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C. Perfect as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to savoury snacks, and also with biscuits and fresh fruit.
