Perfect served on ice or in classic cocktails such as the Side Car, Old Fashioned and Daiquiri. The mature nose is underpinned with echoes of oak and vanilla, mature fruit and honey. The intense and aromatic flavour has subtle notes of vanilla and wood enriched with gingerbread, candied apricot, figs and nuts. The unusually long finish is surprisingly spicy. Alcohol content 40%.
