Eclipse Mount Gay is not only the oldest rum in the world, but also the oldest continuously produced high-percentage spirit. From fermentation to bottling, the entire process takes place on the island of Barbados. Aged in American whiskey casks and blessed by the tropical climate, fermented with a unique variety of yeast and coral filtered water.
